I heard about some Bios Problems, while upgrading to Windows 7 64-bit. I can find some firmware updates for Vista 64-bit and Windows 7 64-bit, but no Bios updates. There ist just one Bios-Update for Vista 32-bit, its Version 1.8.

My Bios is currently working with Version 1.7. Do I have to update my Bios first, or will the Bios-update be deleted by installing Windows 7 64-bit. My OS is Vista 32-bit. If anything goes wrong, I still have the possibility to install my old OS from the included Recovery-Disc, don't I?
