Hi bot79, Movado is still underestimated. Zenith watches with the high beat Zenith 405/408 movements. They are pretty expensive, because everybody regards Zenith as high beat pioneer. Nevertheless these movements are Movado designs, and you can have the 'original' from Movado for much less money. Anyway, your watch is likely 100% genuine, and what else should we regard as rarity, if not a high grade movement produced just 3 years. Movado obviously issued serial numbers separately for each calibre, and I never read a number over 10,000 on any 260/261 movement. Simply hold it. Hamrick vuescan reviews.
